  1. Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific characteristics of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person.

Sources and categories of processed personal data

  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to the controller or personal data that the controller has received on the basis of fulfilling your order.
  2. The data controller processes your identification and contact data as well as data necessary for the performance of the contract.

Lawful reason and purpose of processing personal data

  1. The lawful ground for processing personal data is
  • Fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR,
  • the legitimate interest of the data controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation,
  • Your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided no goods or services have been ordered.
  1. The purpose of processing the personal data is
  • the processing of your order and the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the person responsible for processing; when placing an order, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary prerequisite for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract, without the provision of personal data is the conclusion of the contract or its fulfillment by the controller is not possible,
  • Sending commercial communications and other marketing activities.
  1. The controller takes automatic individual decisions within the meaning of Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation. You have given your express consent to this processing.

Duration of data storage

  1. The person responsible for processing stores personal data
  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the person responsible for processing and to assert claims arising from this contractual relationship (for a period of 15 years after the end of the contractual relationship).
  • for a period before consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 7 years if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
  1. After the retention period has expired, the person responsible for processing must delete the personal data.

 

V

Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)

  1. Recipients of personal data are individuals
  • involved in the delivery of goods/services/payments under the contract,
  • Provision of services for the operation of the e-shop (Shoptet/shopify) and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
  • Provision of marketing services.
  1. The data controller intends to transfer the personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or to an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing/cloud and analysis services.

Your rights

  1. According to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have
  • the right of access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation,
  • the right to rectification of personal data in accordance with Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation or to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  • the right to erasure of personal data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR.
  • the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR; and
  • the right to data portability under Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

Conditions for the security of personal data

  1. The data controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
  2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form....
  3. The controller declares that only persons authorized by him have access to the personal data.

Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read the data protection regulations and accept them in full.
  2. The administrator has the right to change these conditions. It will publish the new version of the privacy policy on its website and will also send the new version of the privacy policy to the email address that you have provided to the data controller.

 

These terms come into effect on May 25, 2018.
